Web Developer
We are looking for Web Developers to support the existing infrastructure as well as develop new websites.
The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity.

PHP / SQL Programmer
We are looking for talented developers with strong skills in PHP and SQL development platform tools.
Knowledge of PHP development tools and SQL, as well as 3+ years of hands-on development experience, a BSc degree or equivalent degree is required. Strong oral and written communication skills are very important.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing the current software
- Develop & customise systems to meet requirements using proven approaches
- Design, code, test, debug and document
- Support & Troubleshoot existing jobs
Skills required:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on PHP / SQL development experience
- Expert knowledge in PHP and MySQL
- A BSc degree or equivalent degree
- Extremely organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Help Desk / Customer Service
Are you currently studying IT and looking to take your first step in gaining experience in the marketplace? Then, this is a good opportunity for you to step into a helpdesk support role.
The function of the role will be to provide level 1 helpdesk support to provide support to a large number of customers and liaising with consulting and sales staffs to ensure customers and issues are managed in an efficient and effective manner.
You will also be responsible for logging all problems/requests and resolving them, as well as receiving, logging and assigning calls to appropriate staff.
The ideal candidates will be intensely customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner - 2 / 3 years Internet and computer experience would be mandatory.
Skills required:
- Hands on experience in computer, Windows operating systems and network installation and maintenance
- Able to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quickly
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
