2. Number type - Local call is chargeable of 0287 number. Caller will have to pay the standard mobile rate to their phone provider if calling a 0287 number.
3. Broadband speed - Full Speed or "FS" means the maximum speed that the Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) can support on the your line (whether upstream or downstream). Actual speeds may vary, depending on the condition of the copper line, loop length, type of cable, the presence of other services in a cable sheath, the performance capability of the DSLAM, the your modem, presence and degree of external interference (from potential causes such as poor suppression of AC power, electric fences, radio broadcasts etc), the configuration and condition of wiring within the your premises, service provider environment, volume of traffic, your location and network congestion.
4. Unlimited - This is a Traffic Managed plan with no data caps and no overage charges. However, we do manage all the traffic on this Unlimited plan. You may notice reduced speeds in particular in relation to file sharing and downloading during the peak hours (generally between 9am and 2am). The types of internet traffic that we manage will be regularly reviewed to ensure that we provide an optimal internet experience for everyone on this plan. If speed on all of your internet activities is always important, then Unlimited plan isn’t the right plan for you. Instead you can change your plan to one of our other available broadband plans at no additional cost.
