Rates effective as of 1 November 2009. All rates are in NZ dollars/min and GST exclusive. Rates are subject to change without notice. 0800 incurs a 10¢/min surcharge from a landline and 71¢/min from a mobile and public phone. Higher rates may apply to calls to mobile phone numbers and premium rate services. All calls incur 10¢ excl. GST surcharge after 6 minutes. Calls are charged by 3 mins block rounding up to the nearest 5c. Service fee of 20¢ incl. GST applies daily after first use.

How do I recharge my card so that I can keep using the same number?
Please call AKL 09-8801050, 09-3099004 and choose the voice menu for a customer service representative.

You will be asked for your WorldNet Prepaid phone card PIN number and the credit you would like to add. Please note that we accept only credit card payment for recharge.

Can I use the card overseas?
Currently WorldNet Prepaid phone card only works within New Zealand.
