Guaranteed VIP is an add-on service on top of WorldNet Broadband + VIP bundle package that makes WorldNet VIP as an alternative to traditional analogue telephone service

We guarantee that you can listen and speak in a clear, continuous voice without unwanted noise (excluding calls to international, mobile and VoIP numbers).

If you're not satisfied with the quality, simply report to our customer service representive, if the voice quality does not improve after 3 reports within a month, we will credit the monthly fee of up to $17+GST (Business WorldNet VIP $17+GST) for that month.

• a broadband router with guaranteed VIP capatibility - see compatible VIP hardware.
• VIP hardware with guaranteed VIP capatibility - see compatible VIP hardware.
