Prepaid Top up Data Usage options: (Maximum 12 months use) Unused top-up data will be rolled over into the next month. Once the top-up data is used up, your speed is reduced to 64kbps.
1. Broadband speed - Full Speed or "FS" means the maximum speed that the Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) can support on your line (whether upstream or downstream). Actual speeds may vary, depending on the condition of the copper line, loop length, type of cable, presence of other services on the cable, performance capability of the DSLAM, your own modem, presence and degree of external interference (from potential causes such as poor suppression of AC power, electric fences, radio broadcasts etc), configuration and condition of wiring on your premises, service provider environment, volume of traffic, your location and network congestion. 2. Unlimited- This is a Traffic Managed plan with no data caps and no overage charges. However, we do manage all the traffic on this Unlimited plan. You may notice reduced speeds in particular with file sharing and downloading during the peak hours (generally between 8am and 2am). The types of internet traffic that we manage will be regularly reviewed to ensure that we provide optimal internet experience for everyone on this plan. If the speed for all of your internet activities is always important, then the Unlimited plan isn't the right plan for you. Instead you can change your plan to one of our other available broadband plans at no additional cost. 3. All Broadband prices above are for urban areas only. If you are located in a rural area, the additional monthly fee of $20 applies to the urban price. Urban, Non-Urban and ADSL2+ areas are subject to the Terms and Conditions defined by Telecom New Zealand. 4. There will be some restrictions on SKY TV (e.g. Video on Demand) and monitored alarm systems (i.e. if your alarm does not support IP-Based systems). Please contact your service provider for more information. 5. There will be wiring maintenance costs if there are faults with your household wiring after migrating to Naked DSL services. 'Wiring Maintenance' services are no longer provided by Telecom or WorldNet. Please contact a cabling specialist directly to fix any faults. 6. The initial invoice for any new service will cover a 2 month period. 7. WorldNet Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Click here to check out more information about Plan Withdrawal and Superseded. 8. All prices are GST inclusive unless stated otherwise.
