      • Transferring of Landline during the contract term will be terminated all services and customers have to pay for early disconnection fee

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any termination fees to their existing broadband provider

1. Broadband speed - Full Speed or "FS" means the maximum speed that the Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) can support on your line (whether upstream or downstream). Actual speeds may vary, depending on the condition of the copper line, loop length, type of cable, presence of other services on the cable, performance capability of the DSLAM, your own modem, presence and degree of external interference (from potential causes such as poor suppression of AC power, electric fences, radio broadcasts etc), configuration and condition of wiring on your premises, service provider environment, volume of traffic, your location and network congestion.

2. If you dial 059 (or 0161) before a toll call number from your WorldNet Landline, there will be an additional 5.11¢ charge/minute on top of the normal Telecom retail rates on your WorldNet Landline bill.

3. Your initial invoice for any new services will cover a 2 month period.
