DSL Usage Information
All MegaPass® plans follow these steps to check your usage:
If you on one of these plans i.e. Navigate/ Advanture/ Discover/ Explorer/ Go or Surf/ Home/ Venture and Jet, see Wholsale Broadband . Previous Telecom JetStream users please visit CUSTOMER SELF CARE
Enter your Username/ Internet ID, without "@adsl.world-net.co.nz"
Enter the last 4 digits of your ADSL line telephone number
Select usage based on your monthly start date
Click Submit to login
Wholesale Broadband Usage Summary
Follow these steps to check your Wholesale Broadband usage:
Enter your Internet ID (i.e. sparky) without space in small letters.
Click Submit to login
Wireless Usage Information
Follow these steps to check your wireless usage:
Enter your login/ Internet ID (i.e. sparky). ID is case-sensitive.
Click Submit to login
Dial-Up Time Usage Information
Follow these steps to check your Dialup usage:
Enter your login/ Internet ID
Enter the last 4 digits of your Telephone number
Select usage based on your monthly start date
Click Submit to login
Co-location Usage Information
To check WorldNet Co-location traffic:
Enter your Username/ Internet ID
Last 4 digits of your Telecom phone number
Select usage date to login.
Fibre Link Usage Information
To check the International traffic:
Enter your Username/ Internet ID
Last 4 digits of your Telecom phone number
Select usage date to login.
Leased Line Usage Information
To check the traffic:
Enter your Username/ Internet ID
Last 4 digits of your Telecom phone number
Select usage date to login.
NB: You must connect within WorldNet Internet network or environment to access the usage information. Usage information may take 2 or 3 days to update.
