Guaranteed VIP is an add-on service on top of WorldNet Broadband + VIP bundle package that makes WorldNet VIP as an alternative to traditional analogue telephone service

We guarantee that you can listen and speak in a clear, continuous voice without unwanted noise (excluding calls to international, mobile and voip numbers).

If you're not satisfied with the quality, simply report to our customer service representive, if the voice quality does not improved after 3 reports within a month, we will credit back the monthly fee up to $12.50 (Home WorldNet VIP $12.50) for that month.

• one of our broadband + VIP bundle plans.
• a broadband router with guaranteed VIP capability - see compatible VIP hardware.
• a VIP hardware with guaranteed VIP capability - see compatible VIP hardware.
