There will be some restrictions on SKY TV (e.g. Video on Demand) and monitored Alarm (if your existing alarm does not support IP-Based alarm system) so please contact your service provider for more informations.
There will be wire maintenance cost in case of a fault with their household wiring after migrating to Naked DSL service. You need to contact cabling specialist directly to fix any fault, as there is no 'Wire Maintenance' contract provided by TCNZ or WorldNet anymore.

- Fixed monthly fees will be invoiced in advance unless stated otherwise.
- Additional charge applies automatically($10 per 10G) if the customer uses over the
monthly usage allowance except Managed plans.
- Payment must be made by credit card or direct debit, other payment option may incur administration fee.
- Invoice is sent on monthly basis by email only. Additional $2.5 per month if you require paper invoices to be posted.
- A wiring charge or additional harware charge(s) may apply in certain circumstances.
- Traffic management apply on any Managed and Managed-Premieum Plan.

Full speed or "FS" means the maximum speed that the Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) can support on the your line (whether upstream or downstream). Actual speeds may vary, depending on the condition of the copper line, loop length, type of cable, the presence of other services in a cable sheath, the performance capability of the DSLAM, the your modem, presence and degree of external interference (from potential causes such as poor suppression of AC power, electric fences, radio broadcasts etc), the configuration and condition of wiring within the your premises, service provider environment, volume of traffic, your location and network congestion.
