A fixed term of 12 months for Silver plan and 24 months for Gold plan applies. If the service is cancelled prior to the completion date of the contract period, an early disconnection fee of $149 and $199 will be applied respectively
WorldNet Residential Landline must be applied
Free Initial Broadband Setup covers the Broadband standard connection (worth $99.00)
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any termination fee to their existing broadband provider
A wiring² charge ($185+GST) or additional hardware charge(s) might be applied
VDSL Modem must be purchased
All hardware are covered by standard 1 year RTB warranty from the date of purchase
Delivery and packing charge apply if you have chosen to send the hardware by courier
Initial payment is to be made by EFTPOS, Credit Card or cash, if you collect hardware from our office. For hardware delivery order, full initial payment has to be received into our bank account before we dispatch the item

1. Broadband speed - Full Speed or "FS" means the maximum speed that the DSLAM can support on the End User's line downstream. "10" means a maximum line speed of 10Mbps upstream. Actual speeds may vary, depending on factors such as CPE and wiring, the presence of a VDSL2 compatible splitter, Service Provider environment, volume of traffic, End User location and network congestion.

2. Customers should use a centralised VDSL2 compatible splitter and using a splitter with the VDSL connection is highly recommended, as it provides improved performance and line stability. Any other splitters will drop speed.

3. Your initial invoice for any new services will cover a 2 month period.

4. If you dial 059 (or 0161) before a toll call number from your WorldNet Landline, there will be an additional 5.11¢ charge/minute on top of the normal Telecom retail rates on your WorldNet Landline bill.

5. All prices apply to WorldNet Direct Dial Toll Call service customers. A $10 extra monthly fee applies without subscribing to the WorldNet Direct Dial Toll Call service.
