Voicemail / Voice Email

Access voicemail by phone and email

Now you can manage your voicemail messages easily without just relying on your phone. Take control and listen to voicemail via your email inbox or any phone.

How To Use

Via Phone
Dial 777 from your phone or 09 880 2000 from any phone.
Enter your phone number and password.
Follow the voice prompts to hear, save, or delete your voicemail messages, or for other options.

Three-Way Calling

Call two parties at once!

With three-way calling you can talk to two other people at once with ease. This feature lets you bring the second party on line by following the instructions below. Note: calls made outside of your calling plan will be charged at our low long distance rates.

How To Use

• Dial the first party. Ask them to hold.
• Press the flash button or the switch hook on your phone. The first call will be put on hold and you will hear a dial tone.
• Dial the second number and wait for an answer.
• Press the flash button or switch hook on your phone.
• All three callers are now connected and you can talk together.

Call Waiting

Never miss a call while on the phone.

If you are on the phone when another call comes in, a tone will sound, enabling you to answer the second call. If you choose not to answer the second call, it will be forwarded (if forwarding is enabled) otherwise it will be answered by voicemail (if enabled). If you use Caller ID, the caller's phone number will appear in the display before you answer the second call. Call waiting is enabled by default.

How To Use

When you hear the call waiting tone, press the flash button on your phone to switch to the second call.

Dial *56 from your phone to activate CW feature.

Dial *57 from your phone to deactivate CW feature.

Do Not Disturb

When the Do Not Disturb feature is enabled, all incoming calls will be routed directly to your voicemail (if enabled) and your phone will not ring.

Dial *79 from your phone to deactivate DND feature.

Anonymous Call Rejection

Discourage anonymous calls.

Anonymous Call Rejection allows you to reject calls from callers who have blocked the display of their telephone numbers. It discourages anonymous calls, since callers must allow their numbers to be displayed in order to reach you.

When you activate Anonymous Call Rejection, callers who have blocked the display of their numbers will hear an announcement telling them that you are not accepting blocked calls. They will be instructed to hang up, unblock their number and dial again if they wish to reach you.

How To Use

Dial *77 from your phone to activate ACR feature.
Dial *87 from your phone to deactivate ACR feature.

Number Withhold

Instead of your number showing, the words 'Caller ID blocked' or a similar message is displayed.

Things you should know
Even if you use Number Withhold, your number will be displayed to 111 emergency services.

How To Use

Dial *67 from your phone to activate Number Withhold feature.
Dial *68 from your phone to deactivate Number Withhold feature.

Call Forward Unconditional

The Call Forward feature enables your incoming calls to be redirected to any other telephone including local, national, mobile and international numbers. While Call Forward is included at no extra charge the forwarded calls will be charged as outbound calls.

How To Use

Via phone

Dial *72 [telephone number to forward] from your phone to enable Unconditional Call Forward
Dial *73 from your phone to disable Unconditional Call Forward

Call Forward on Busy

Call Waiting feature must be turned off to use Call Forward on Busy feature.

Dial *90 [telephone number to forward] to enable Call Forward on Busy
Dial *91 to disable Call Forward on Busy

Call Forward on No Answer

How To Use

Via phone

Dial *92 [telephone number to forward] to enable Call Forward on No Answer
Dial *93 to disable Call Forward on No Answer
