LOS Test Only	Line-of-Sight test with no order attached.	$78.75
Second LOS Test	Customer requested after installation has declined or failed original test. Fee is waived if Line-of-Sight passes and a current order can be fulfilled at time of second test.	$78.75
Speed Upgrade	Assumes no customer site visit required.	-

Equipment Relocation To New Premises	Customer request that connection be relocated to new premises.	$331.88
Repair of Equipment	The customer is responsible for any loss, theft of or damage to the CPE (apart from normal wear and tear) and for insuring the CPE at all times. If we have to visit to repair an item that is not covered by normal wear and tear, we will charge the customer time + materials. Example to date have included; rodents eating the CAT 5 cable, a thief stealing the NIA power pack and the owner sourcing an incorrect replacement part that destroyed the NIA.	$78.75/Hr + Materials
Loss of Equipment	The Customer is responsible for any loss, theft of or damage to the CPE (apart from normal wear and tear) and for insuring the CPE at all times.	$1125 maximum
