Your computer may be limited by its Ethernet port, network adapter, router port or cable. If any part of the connection supports only 1 Gbps, that device will not be able to use the full speed of a Hyperfibre plan.
For multi-gigabit speeds, make sure your computer, router, and Ethernet cable all support the required speed.
