What should I check if I have no internet connection?

First, check that your ONT and router are powered on and that all cables are securely connected. Restart your router and ONT, then wait 10 minutes for the connection to come back online.

Check the lights on the ONT and router for any warning or fault indicators. If the connection is still not working, contact WorldNet Support and let us know which lights are showing on the ONT and router.

For step-by-step checks, see our No Internet troubleshooting guide.

What should I do if I am moving to a new address?

Contact WorldNet with your current address, new address, the date you would like service to start at the new property, and the date you would like service to stop at your current property.

We’ll check the connection requirements at your new address and let you know the next steps. Please do not move the ONT from your current property.

Where can I find my eBill Customer ID and initial password?

You can find your Customer ID and initial password in the First Payment email sent to you when you joined WorldNet.

Use these details to sign in to eBill. If you have already changed your password, use your current password instead.

If you cannot find the email, check your junk or spam folder. If you still need help, please contact WorldNet Support.

Why is my internet connection slow?

A slow internet connection can be caused by Wi-Fi, your device, other network activity or the connection itself.

Disconnect or pause other devices and downloads, then connect one device to your router using an Ethernet cable and run a speed test.

If the wired connection is normal but Wi-Fi is slow, the issue is likely related to Wi-Fi coverage or the device. If the connection is still slow, contact WorldNet Support with your speed test results.
