Switch your router off at the power supply, wait about 10 minutes, then switch it back on. This is also known as rebooting the router.
Allow a few minutes for it to reconnect before testing your internet again. Restarting your router will not remove your settings. Do not press and hold the Reset button unless instructed, as this may restore the router to its factory settings.
