Getting Started
What happens after I apply for WorldNet broadband?
After you apply, we’ll set up your WorldNet account and send you the initial invoice and connection details. Any required upfront payment will need to be completed before we can proceed with your connection order.
Once everything is ready, we’ll proceed with your service activation and keep you updated by email throughout the process.
What is an isolation test, and when should I do one?
An isolation test helps check whether an internet problem is caused by your router or home network, or by the broadband connection itself.
WorldNet Support may ask you to connect a computer directly to the active ONT port using an Ethernet cable and test the connection. This is usually done when troubleshooting slow speeds, dropouts or connection issues.
What is the first payment?
The first payment is an upfront payment required before we can process your WorldNet connection.
Once the payment is received, it will be credited to your WorldNet account and applied towards your bill. It is not an additional setup fee.
eBill & Login
How do I change my eBill password?
Sign in to eBill and select Change Password.
Enter your current password in the Old Password field. If you have not changed your password before, this will be the initial password provided in your First Payment email.
Enter and confirm your new password, then save your changes.
If you have forgotten your current password, use the password reset option on the eBill login page.
How do I sign in to My Account or reset my password?
Sign in to WorldNet eBill using your Customer ID and password. Your Customer ID is provided when you join WorldNet.
If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the eBill login page. If you still cannot access your account, please contact WorldNet Support.
Where can I find my eBill Customer ID and initial password?
You can find your Customer ID and initial password in the First Payment email sent to you when you joined WorldNet.

If you cannot find the email, check your junk or spam folder. If you still need help, please contact WorldNet Support.

You can view and manage your payment options through WorldNet eBill.
Available payment methods may include recurring payments and bank transfer. If you make a bank transfer, please use your Customer ID as the payment reference so we can match the payment to your account.

You can also view and download an electronic copy through eBill:

How do I ask about a credit balance after my service ends?
If your account has a credit balance after your service ends, contact WorldNet Support with your Customer ID and ask us to review the final balance.
Once all charges have been finalised, we can confirm whether a refund is available. If a refund is approved, we’ll ask you to provide the bank account details for the refund. The bank account must be in the account holder’s name.
How do I set up or change my automatic payment method?
You can manage your automatic payment method through eBill:
- Sign in to eBill.
- Select Setup Automatic Payment.
- Add your Direct Debit or Credit Card details.
- Select the payment method you would like to use.
- Click Change Payment in the bottom-right corner to apply your selection.

Yes. A 2% credit card processing fee applies to payments made by credit card.
When will I receive my bill, and when is payment due?
Your billing date and payment due date are shown on your invoice.
You can view your invoices and payment details through WorldNet eBill. If you have any questions about your bill or due date, please contact WorldNet Support.
Overdue Payments
What happens if I miss the payment due date?
If your invoice remains unpaid seven days after the due date, a $10 late payment fee will apply and your service may be temporarily suspended.
Your service can be restored once we receive your payment.
If the invoice remains unpaid for one month after the due date, the service may be cancelled.
Please pay by the due date shown on your invoice to avoid late fees and service interruptions.
