Promotion General Terms and Conditions

• Special offer is available for Residential and Business customers.
• WorldNet may extend, amend or withdraw these offers at any time without prior notification.
• Special offers cannot be combined with each other except the add-on promotions.
• If you move house and want to retain your services and continue with your current term, you will be required to pay reconnection fees for any services you have.
• Hardware is covered by the standard 1 year RTB warranty from the date of purchase.
• Delivery and packing charge applies if you have chosen to send the hardware by courier. We cannot process your delivery order until we receive the initial payment in full. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully deposited into our bank account.
• Payment is to be made in cash or by EFTPOS or Credit Card if you are collecting the hardware.

1. On-site installation is available in Auckland and Christchurch Urban area only
2. The on-site installation is limited to the subscribed Naked DSL + VIP service with selected Promotion only. For free on-site installation, full initial payments must be made prior to or on the date of on-site service.
3. Rates & Hours
• 3.1. Free on-site installation up to 2 hours, start from the arrival time at the premises. $40 per additional hour.
• 3.2. No other travelling costs.
• 3.3. On-site installation does not cover any costs related to house wiring charge or additional components or replacement of components at the premises.
• 3.4. On-site installation is arranged with business hours between Mon - Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• 3.5. After business hour service is available upon request. After hour charge applies. Standard after hour charge $100 per hour.
• 3.6. The on-site installation date and time will be subject to the WorldNet's schedule.
4. Services are limited to internet related issue only. Examples are:
• a. Router set up (for all brands)
• b. Networking/ cabling / wireless network setup
• c. Email set up
• d. Selling hardware if customer required (network cable, router, switch, wireless router, LAN card)
• e. Trouble shooting for internet issue
5. Exclusion and limitation of our liability
• 5.1 In most instances, the type of help we can provide to you on this on-site installation is limited as it relates only to the performance and functionality of WorldNet's own products and services.
• 5.2 However, WorldNet technician will not help you to do things which are not directly related to your ability to use WorldNet services such as building Web pages, using chat programs, using an operating system or any software application, peripheral or device.
• 5.3 Other types of assistance which are excluded from WorldNet on-site installation include support for Internet connections to other Internet providers or customers, problems or faults which relate to any third party network or equipment or any other problem not related to your connection to the WorldNet internet connection.
• 5.4 We will do our best to always provide you with the appropriate level of support. However, satisfactory resolution is not guaranteed. There may be limitations to the level of assistance we can provide even where your problem does fit within the scope of the WorldNet on-site installation. These limitations may be due to hardware or operating system issues, problems with your applications or other causes which are outside of our control or outside of the scope of the WorldNet on-site installation. Where we have the ability to do so, we may help you to identify such issues.
• 5.5 User Responsibility: You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing WorldNet to perform diagnostic repair on your computer/internet connection, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that WorldNet shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
• 5.6 In no event shall WorldNet be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages (including loss of profit, revenue, or use) or loss of or damage to data from any cause.
• 5.7 An adult must be present at residences or business: For on-site installations, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If the WorldNet technician arrives at the scheduled service time and no adult is present, service will be denied. Charges may apply for rebooking for the on-site installation.
• 5.8 Additional Hardware: The on-site installation does not include any additional hardware or expenses to perform repair or replacement of faulty hardware.
• 5.9 We may change these terms at any time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones. Changes may take the form of completely new terms. We will tell you about any changes by posting updated terms on our Web site. Any change we make applies from the date we post it on our Web site.
