CUSTOMER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Are you currently studying IT and looking to take your first step in gaining experience in the marketplace? Then, this is a good opportunity for you to step into IT environment.

We require Customer Service and Sales consultants who represent our products and services in order to obtain new customers as well as support existing business and residential customers.

Must have Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidates will be intensely customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner - 2 / 3 years Internet and computer experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Support account/technical issues for the residential and business customers
  • Walk with customers through the process of the services
  • Troubleshoot account/technical issues with other department/team
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the technical issues
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Following standard procedures for troubleshooting or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • General office works
Required Skills:
  • Relevant IT qualification
  • Hands on experience in computer, operating systems and network installation and maintenance
  • Able to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quickly
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Korean speaker would be advantageous.
  • Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, active and positive can-do attitude
  • NZ citizen or permanent residents will have higher priority.
