- If you move house and want to retain your services and continue with your current term, you will be required to pay reconnection fees for any services you have.
- Delivery and packing charge applies if you have chosen to send the hardware by courier. We cannot process your delivery order until we receive the initial payment in full. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully deposited into our bank accout.
- Payment is to be made in cash or by EFTPOS or Credit Card if you are collecting the hardware.
